Quiz Nights That Rock To Make a Big Difference

Quiz nights have become such a massive part of our Thanet Rocks fundraising journey. What started as a fun way to bring people together has now become one of the cornerstones of our mission to raise money for Pilgrims Hospices.

So far, we’ve hosted quiz nights at Christie’s Wine Bar, The Churchill Tavern, The George Inn, and the Red Lion. Together, these evenings have raised nearly £1,000. Proof that when the Thanet community comes together, incredible things can happen.

Next Stop: The Northwood Club

This Wednesday 30th July, we’re heading to The Northwood Club, where our quiz master for the evening is none other than Brett, aka Mr Quizzer. Brett is well known for his charity quizzes and has raised over £60,000 for various causes over the years. We take our hat off to him for his dedication and generosity.

To make the night even better, Dane and Andy from Neon Rush will be performing some of your favourite Neon Rush songs, kicking things off from 19:00, before the quiz starts at 19:30.

We’re Not Stopping Here

Our quiz night fundraising is only just getting started. We’ve got a busy few months ahead and would love to see you at one of the upcoming events:

• Westgate on Sea Social Club – 19 September

• Jolly Farmer, Manston – 23 October

• The Red Lion, Ramsgate – 28 November

These evenings are all about fun, community spirit, and raising vital funds for Pilgrims Hospices. Whether you’re a seasoned quizzer or just want a great night out with friends, these events promise good vibes and a worthy cause.
